Like these shirts! Where do you purchase yours? I can't find them on the Ralph Lauren website.
Every season is a little different. I have found that I have to stock up a bit when everything seems perfect, as any company changes even when they get it right. I was told that this season was featuring rugby shirts with large numbers, so it may be best to wait a bit.
I noticed big numbers on some and a rather large pony on others...I don't like those nearly as much as the little tasteful ponies on yours... I'll just keep my eyes open for their new styles and I'll stock up when I find the right ones. Thanks!

The only other suggestion I have may be to check out any Ralph Lauren outlet stores. They sometimes have alternative versions. (I agree with your dislike of the large pony!)
I can attest to this being true for the mens rugby shirts as well. The combination of color and proportion is spot on. RL does a wonderful job of figuring out the right thing and keeping it that way.
What do you think of this one? It's from the Bowdoin College Store; the picture doesn't show it, but it does have tennis tails.

Issy - School colors are school colors, and Bowdoin's are black and white! Not much one can about that. (I've had some experience with "tricky" school colors - my husband went to Brown.) If black is not a deal breaker for you, my guess is that it would be a very hearty shirt. If I were to be extra picky, I would prefer that the cuffs were ribbed, not hemmed. I always think some slack can be cut for school items. Funnily enough, I will be on the Bowdoin campus in a few weeks. I'll check it out in person.

@hollywoodlights - If you are referring to the Women's School Uniform Rugby Shirts, then I am about to find out. They are on sale and I just ordered one in Classic Navy. I don't know of any others that Lands' End has for women. I will comment here after I try it out.
What size is your rugby here? I like the loose fit and length that you have in the picture. I am 5' 4 and a size 0/2. Thanks!!
