Looks like it was a great night! The food looks delicious and very fresh. Thanks for sharing!
What a great experience! I'm curious though - what was that second course?
@Emily - Thank you, and conditions were much better - cool and dry.@Ryan P - Well, Ryan, specifically it was Swordfish Crudo with hot sauce, on a peach, tomato and onion salad. To me it was just raw fish, although everyone else seemed to love it.
One might think that second course looked a bit undercooked, or rather, not cooked at all. I would have had to leave it as well. However, having said that, it looked like a delightful evening. I would have had a hard time making a choice between the animal and the farm tour, which did you opt for?
Thank you for coming again last night, we so enjoyed having you there! The pictures are beautiful!
Gorgeous, dreamy night! xoxo
Yes, I think the raw fish would give me pause as well. It's unfortunate, because the rest of the dish sounds delicious!
These events look like so much fun! I was so inspired that I went to the chair of a town committee I am on and told her about them...we might be doing something along the same idea for a fundraiser in a few months!
What a lovely evening!I have the same Lilly skirt, and it has been this summer's casual go-to!
M.A. I love how you can go from the pastoral to the seas and the city with such versatility. The quintessential grounding of your digital scribings are played out everyday and that ma chérie is truly authenticity.
The food looks to have been delicious, and the ambiance phenomenal. I love how you paired the Lilly skirt with the navy cardigan, very lighthearted yet elegant, and authentically preppy. I came across this style guide to "prepdom" and had a good laugh at seeing Juicy Couture replacing KJP. I thought you may enjoy it.http://www.refinery29.com/how-to-dress-preppy#comments
Muffy,Your dining photos look like they should be in an issue of Guns & Garden! Feast in a field! I'm so into all farm fresh ingredients yum!
Muffy, I love your 'what I wore' photos - even if it's just casual when you're sailing or working around the farm. More of those, please!
